ON NETWORKING
Below you will find a list of the negative unintended consequences that has evolved around the creation of the Multilevel Marketing industry. The multilevel marketing industry is commonly referred to as the MLM industry. You will also find, read, and discover some of my abridged research documentations suggesting exactly what I believe are the solutions to overcoming these same limited consequences. Therefore, and possibly pouring millions and billions of lost revenue annually back into the marketplace. But first, let me clear up some basic information before we get started with this list.
The current vernacular used in describing this industry today is called "network marketing" or "home-based businesses". This is because the MLM phraseology has developed a negative connotation. No one wants to be associated with it any-longer. Which, will one day be the case with the "network marketing" and "home-based-business labels as well", because they are one and the same. Only the industry names and types of businesses have changed over the years. The systems, compensation payouts, and protocols making up this industry has not changed.
Let me add this following statement to the record for posterity, "I do not believe that the creators of the first MLM or any succeeding MLM's, intentionally set up these companies to garner the type of results that plague the entire system today". It is important to also note that the acknowledged average success rate of 5%, is a completely unacceptable rate of return for this marketplace and especially for the millions of unaware individuals who have joined and continue to join these companies daily. Something needs to change in order to raise this ridiculously low market return rate to as high of a percentage point as we are able to take it.
Even Las Vegas is able to garner better results than this for the everyday gambler. I would like to state from the outset and in writing, that I am in full favor of network marketing in its intent. What I am not in favor of is its abysmal record for the 95% of us who failed and continue to fail in this industry. Neither do I accept the industries given answers to the problems without questioning the bases of their findings. As they will question mine.
With this list, I am simply pointing out the obvious and not so obvious problems that most people are not aware of and others don’t think, or want to believe exist. I am especially interested in expounding on the vague reasons given for so many failures, which have been accepted as normal results based on current business practices. Some failures are partly explained away by the 80/20 Rule (a rule created by individuals not connected to this industry) that has been adopted into this industry to explain to us the reasons why these failures keep occurring.
My findings are not scientific, but based upon years of careful observation and association with a variety of MLM companies; I am wide open for public debate with this issue. That will be scientific enough for me. YOU decide with my below findings; the millions if not billions of you by now who have, directly or indirectly, been negatively affected by this industry, and it's abysmal results.
I will then provide workable remedies to these problems - the best I can within explainable reason and without betraying my proprietary & property rights. I say within reason because I am creating a special public project (The Pareto Improvement Project), which is being designed to bring about the changes needed to overcome these listed limitations. I know that network marketing works, and works very well, for about 5% of us, thereby creating a Pareto affect. I believe that, armed with the right information, tools, and the right timing, this static 5% can be increased in a significant way. Therefore my intent here is not to join the ranks of the 5%'ers. That is what you do when you start up a business, or join a network. My business is to increase this abysmal percentage point to as high a percentage point as we are able to take it with no limitations in sight.
Throughout these pages, my terminology may be brash, or offensive to some people in order for me to make a point. However, let me assure you that I do not think that there is some secret meeting in a remote part of the world where a few conspirators are mapping out a way to rip us off. In fact, I know that most of the individuals who are at the top, middle management, or even at the bottom of the MLM system are doing anything wrong, or illegal. They are not thinking in terms of trying to take advantage of anyone, nor do they see any fault in their systems. They are simply trying to survive.
This is a very important list of the problems that exist and it would be to the advantage of the industry leaders to take notice of these problems and my solutions. The list below incorporates both the psychology and the environmental conditions leading towards the 95% failure rate in this industry.
This list is rather long including the solutions area. It is important to get at the bottom of the problems plaguing the industry, so I spared no time in placing every important item on this list that needs to be here.
But first, please note that I placed the summary first. Each summary item is in accord with the full detailed explanation just below it. The solutions follow the listed detailed problems.

But first, please note that I placed the summary first. Each summary item is in accord with the full detailed explanation just below it. The solutions follow the listed detailed problems.
Summary of the problems:
1. The design and usage of the pyramid system is the problem and not the pyramid itself.
2. Your greatest asset (TIME) becomes your biggest deficit in networking.
3. Lack of awareness & knowledge.
4. Network marketing is one of the largest aggregate sells forces in the world. Most of us are not naturally built to sell (we are put here to give of ourselves) and are placed in an immediate selling environment
when signing up with a networking business.
5. Misfortune Loves a Shining Mark. There are misleading acceptable practices within the industry causing the artificially high failure rates.
6. Network marketing is an artificial selling environment that helps to perpetuate distrust.
7. If you need money, you have already lost.
8. Influence is needed to rise in this industry.
9. Social status is needed to rise to the top in this industry.
10. The personality trait does matter because of the selling component.
11. Environment is important both from the business standpoint and the independent contractors standpoint.
12. In order for a person to succeed in this industry and to continue succeeding, others must fail and continue failing. This is the unintended consequence that has resulted from the creation of MLM. This lingering affect will continue unless a new system design is introduced to the marketplace keeping the bottom from falling out long enough for a greater number of people to succeed. Stated differently, plug the hole in the bottom keeping the ship afloat long enough to get to port.
13. Direct & constant communication with the top leaders is important. Most independent networkers does not have the connections that are consistent and/or strong enough to see this process through. The methods for controlling this condition in the current market simply does not garner the type of success ratio the owners and top leaders would like to have.

The Problems:
1. The pyramid system is not the problem in the now outdated industrial age models, and it never has been. The problem has always been the application of the systems used. Each line item below is a result of the inefficient design of the network-marketing systems. These are the environmental and/or psychological reasons for the 95% failure rate.
2. Wasted resources (time). Each line item below is a contributing factor helping to facilitate the waste of time, therefore the waste of ones money sending millions and billions to an elite few. These are just the facts, don’t get mad at the facts, get mad enough to change the facts in your life first if you are planning on joining a company within the industry, nothing short of that one thought will help you to succeed. Only then will you make real changes that can positively alter the negative outcomes that I will be pointing out to you throughout the P & S Index.
3. Approximately 95% of the people who sign-up to join, fail within one and sixty months. The majority of us sign up on the advice of someone close to us, and not because we understand the business, or the environment that exist within the industry itself. For example: The historic financial losses for the masses that join and eventually walk away from the business period. Yes, I know they quit, more on that later.
To seek out the right information so you will know what you are getting involved with before you join is paramount in any endeavor, but in this industry that is not the case. The cloak-n-dagger approach to enrollment is used from the very beginning, where the new entrant never recovers until it is too late. Even then most of the people who walk away don’t even know how it all came about in the first place. If you want to do a small amount of research prior to joining one of these companies, the information is available both positive and negative on the internet. Become an intelligent gatherer of information; it will pay off for you in the end.
4. Network marketing is a very lucrative selling system (as the name suggests, marketing a product via a network made up of individuals). It was created for the sole purpose of moving a line of products from the manufacturer to the customer. It was never built for, or intended to bring about, the dreams of the common person who does not want to sell; or who does not, or cannot embrace becoming a high powered sales person (to rise to the top); or who does not have, or want, the pedigree or social status that exist within this industry. It was created only to make the owners and their best sales teams wealthy. That simply does not translate into anyone can do this, as they are constantly telling us from the stages and podiums they opine from.
In fact, the art of selling is one of the strongest traits of the dominant persona. In a phrase, “Just do it” is one of their motto's. See the four major persona's, (D.I.S.C.). This will be covered later.
5. Misfortune Loves a Shining Mark. One of the practices used in masking the primary reason for getting involved in network marketing in the first place is the promotion of behavior modification and Positive Motivational Attitude (PMA) materials. This is an additional cost to the new person entering networking but an additional revenue source for the company. In fact, this becomes the primary reason why people remain connected with these companies even though they are not making any money, (which of course is why they originally signed up).
Why is this a problem? Good question! Let us again take into account the fact that you are in a selling environment to start with. Ask the question, what is the primary reason for signing up in the first place, to make money right? In order to make money you have to sell something? What is it that we eventually found or find ourselves doing after we sign up? Learning PMA material of course. That is the innocent bait-n-switch that occurs, but it is not without its purpose.
PMA actually is a very helpful tool for the new-comer: hopefully he will push through the inertia that will occur as he develops his life skills so he can grow into the salesman the company wants. In reality, PMA can and does help to change the life of the individual in the long term regardless of what happens in the immediate situations.
Important note:
Let me assure you that I am extremely happy that I had the chance to experience the educational systems when I did. I had the opportunity to see and to get a feel of how life would be if I too were financially free to walk upon this land of the free without a concern in the world about the next meal, or the next bill. I have benefited mightily because of the educational platforms. I am internally and eternally grateful for this experience for without it, I would be but a minion in the pursuit of nothing. Finally, I would not be here sharing this information with you if not for these educational systems.
The money that I spent to receive this education and the money I spent attempting to become financially successful has all been marked off as an acceptable price to pay for that education. I again remind you, my purpose for investigating this industry is to expose what I believe to be some of the underlying psychological and environmental reasons for the persistent 95% failure rate, and present some important and valuable solutions. I have no quarrel with the hundreds of thousands of honest and hardworking individuals who are involved in the industry.
Let us take this conversation a step further. If we each have a limited amount of associates around us at any given time that we actually have influence with, how long would it take for us to literally run out of options and opportunities to move up in these companies? How much time do you think it would take before we would come to our senses and say, "I can’t", "I don’t like to", or "I hate selling", if not for the influence of the PMA programs incorporated in most if not all of these companies? This includes the constant rallies designed to heighten the senses and to keep us motivated.
Instead of the standard numbers, one to sixty months as is often quoted, used to demonstrate the time lapse before someone leaves these companies, it could probably be closer to within one to six months that most people would walk away from this selling environment. Now I ask you, how long do you think it would take for this industry to die a quick death, if not for the constant up-sell of PMA.
Now take into account the fact that the individuals that own and manage these companies have a greater amount of experience at business, selling, and money. Remember, you are entering this environment without experience. It’s about the bottom line with this other group, not the people at the bottom. Industry wide, billions are spent to influence your thinking. Those same dollars spent to persuade you, ultimately comes from you.
Remember too, I stated that psychology is involved. The psychology of winning or (PMA) has taken the place of the psychology of selling, because the psychology of selling would meet with a tragic death for the industry if it stood alone.
Question, would you be asked to sign up with a NFL football team without any prior playing experience? Would you be asked to operate on a terminally ill person without at least a M.D.? What about an astrophysicist? Experience does matter. Experience equals both time and knowledge. Lets take this thought in a different direction and see if the point can be made that this environment is for selling and not dream building and that the mass amount of people who have come and gone away from network marketing over the years were not all losers.
Would you be asked to become a dishwasher without experience? What about a stock clerk? Maybe you could become a secretary without experience, yes, no? Huh, the last three items were just teasers. Then, maybe not. Maybe if you checked the resumes of the people in those last three job descriptions, you will find them at the bottom of these pyramid systems because they are the same people, those trying to sign up and play in the NFL without experience or knowledge.
The PMA education I personally received has served me well, but I still have not achieved the original goal intended. Therein lies the rub! What has happened to me is what has happened to millions before me and what will happen to millions more since I have left network marketing. I am a fairly decent salesman, and have proved it again and again in the past. But, as an adult trying to make a living along with gaining the great education I received, the blend of needing to make money and the education received became a volatile mix of want and need. Would I or others have continued paying for the habits of the rich and their cohorts, and paying for the luxury to hang out and listen to their million dollar stories, as they expound how we too can do it if not for the PMA programs? The chances are we would not have and we would have moved on to make better use of our time & money.
The reality finally sets in. Life’s utilities call upon us, and our limited resources cause 95% of us to eventually walk away from our dreams of making it to the top. Most of us, whether we accept this as a fact or not, retreat to the graveyard of shoulda, woulda, and coulda, all the while never knowing or understanding the game and how it’s played.
6. When people are trained to view others as either a suspect or a prospect (the mark), overtime distrust is created in the hearts of the pursued and eventually the pursuers. With decades of approaches such as these systematically used for the purpose of gaining wealth off of the backs of the unaware, the so called prospect is no longer viewed as a person but is viewed as an object, similar to a hunter and its prey; hunting just for the trophy (success at any cost as long as I am not breaking any of mans laws). However, it has become a rite of passage to take advantage of the misinformed and inexperienced in the world of networking.
Approaches such as these for the purpose of building a customer/client base has given network marketing a much-deserved negative image. For many years this industry had great appeal for wealth building, but no more. With such a negative atmosphere surrounding the market; the unaware newcomer to network marketing steps into this environment and starts out at a disadvantage.
That is to say, each person entering the network marketing industry today from the bottom of the system will be at the outset sending their dollars down a bottomless pit where only 5% of them will ever make it in the very system someone they know and trusted talked them into joining in the first place. The cycle of distrust continues perpetuating itself!
7. Although someone we know is usually responsible for introducing us to the networking company we eventually join, the reason many of us sign up is because of a pressing need for some additional cash. The need for additional cash when you join one of these companies is another reason for many of the failures, (unrealistic expectation). Meeting that need is not the purpose of this industry, selling a product is.
Each of us has found or will find ourselves in and out of financial difficulties at different times throughout our lives. It is relatively easy to be snared by this multibillion dollar industry marketing strategies tugging at our hearts and pockets, during the low economic times in our personal lives. Also, once you join one of these companies you are immediately under constant pressure to spend money weekly, monthly, and annually at rallies designed to get and keep you focused on the product and your own growth.
8. Another limiting factor that cannot be overcome is influence. If you had little or no influence before you enter network marketing you have started out at a disadvantage. Each of us can only maintain a close relationship with but so many people. This limiting factor affects whether we will advance in this industry. Now you couple this point with the type of influence you may or may not have. People do not move up in this industry without influence.
Who will believe or listen to the day care worker or the clerk at the local grocery store when it comes to the issue of making money in this industry or any other industry. Is it true that a few have made it to the top, yes, and yes; but those numbers are so minuscule even the people at the top does not talk about it until an anomaly occurs. There have been studies on friendships and relationships giving us a test of our own range of influences.
9. Social status is another very important factor in relation to influence. Doctors, lawyers, engineers, clergy, politicians, and other assorted business people are at the tops of each of these network-marketing companies, or should I say ex-doctors, ex-lawyers, etc. People at the bottom rung of the social/economic status have less than 1% chance of making it to the top. Yet they continue attempting to climb that ladder without the right stuff because of the pressure of other uninformed people, such as family and friends, asking them to constantly join, join, join. Most of the 95%’ers lack influence and/or social status, which are two of the important and critical ingredients for advancement in this environment. Remember, this is a selling environment.
10. We have to treat the personality traits of each person with great respect along with the environment each person existed in prior to entering network marketing. Many of us are familiar with the Briggs Meyers 16 personality traits. While that is important and well known, it would be too long & difficult to explain here with any brevity, so I want to focus on the four core parts of these 16 areas.
HIGH D. I. S. C.
(D) is approximately 10% of the population: dominant, go-getter, assertive/aggressive
(I) is 25 - 30%: out-going, "life of the party", sees the positive side of everything
(S) is 30 - 35%: laid back, easy-going, follower, goes along to get along
(C) is 20 - 25%: cautious, detail-oriented, fact-checker
- Where our natural instinctive energy originates from is the results we get back in all of our experiences, (that which we have control of) knowingly or otherwise. Each one of these persona's naturally function from one part of the four traits more than the others (which is considered the HIGH trait or stated differently the most active trait), therefore creating the affects (outcome) of that particular energy flow.
The high D for example is the one persona found at the top of most network marketing companies that I have discovered. I do not or have no proof of this as a fact. It is just my personal observation from my years of studying the market and the market leaders. The High D does not have to be present in the actual leader. The High D can be found in the spouse of the leader male or female, it can also be found in any of the other significant associates surrounding that leader such as co-founders, CEO’s, COO’s, or CFO’s, who ever has contact and influence with the leader.
In each one of the cases I had the opportunity to study, where someone actually made it to the top or into the actual ebb and flow of receiving residual income of any significant amount, I found that the HIGH D was present in that individuals rise as well. This is no small or insignificant matter.
The sales environment is a comfort zone for the outgoing personalities of the HIGH D and HIGH I persona's. The HIGH D and HIGH C are the task-oriented persona's. The HIGH D is the only persona affixed both at the top of the outgoing and task areas of the four persona's, giving it, in my assessment, the complete package to become successful in this assertive and aggressive environment. The HIGH D & I are the biggest influencers in the industry because of their outgoing nature, even though The HIGH C may own many of the companies.
11. Environment:
Multi Level Marketing – now has a negative appeal in most of the Americas. This term has been mostly eliminated from the lexicon of the industry for obvious reasons. Yes, it still resides in some quarters of the industry but not with the companies themselves. Many of the larger companies are now or have been for years aggressively marketing their brands in other developed, developing, and third world countries where their brand names have not been tarnished to the point of near insolvency giving them completely new markets. Many of these companies are facing the headwinds of resistance in some of these markets as well because of some of the same reasons I am pointing out here although the headline news will be more of a political nature.
Network Marketing – networking, and marketing are widely accepted as the new industry language identifying their profession. Home based business – Is another widely used term that carries a softer appeal, not as aggressive of a term as Network Marketing. Example: the housewife can run a business from home with the baby in tow, while the husband will go out networking to build his business. Same type of conversation but two different approaches.
The three different terms above offer us three different images. The industry leaders knew that they have to move away from the past mistakes of the industry the best way they can and into the future, so they adopted new terminologies, and moved away from using the term MLM. As time continues, with new customers to sell to, and new markets to acquire, the company leaders have to continue re-branding their product and creating different images. Image (environment) means a lot when answering the question – how to bring in more customers to sell to and/or buy their products.
The move to recreate new images is obvious to anyone who is paying attention to the industry. Those who have been following the trends can see how the MLM companies have been aggressively moving away from the negative images towards them that exists in the minds of most people they attempt to market to. Think about it this way, If 95% of the people who tried and failed with network marketing make up around 75% of society in one form or another, then how do you market your products, when you know that public reaction will be mostly negative against you? You do exactly what they have done. Change your image the best you can. Here is the point, if (image) environment matters to this multibillion dollar industry, doesn’t it stand to reason that it should also matter to the unaware person considering on entering this market as a lone independent distributor as well?
When individuals in the public are convinced that they will take a chance and attempt to become financially successful within this environment, their dollars will have less of a chance to produce any good fruits for cash to flow to and from, except into the pocketbooks of the high achievers and owners of these enterprises. Even though he or she will attempt to make a go of it themselves, fail or not, the same cannot be said about those around them with whom they have to convince, and who have also been fed all of the same negative news about this industry for years. Eventually as the numbers show, 95% of them will find out that they do not possess the mindset, influence, or knowledge to change the minds of their friends and families. Which eventually will add them to the on going 95% failure rate roll-call.
12. In order for a person to succeed in this industry and to continue succeeding, others must fail and continue failing, as is evidenced in this P & S Index - the (Pareto affect). This is not just a notion to be brushed to the side, but a fact that has been ignored mostly because of the billions of dollars that can be made off of the backs of an unaware public. The wealth that is generated in this industry can only manifest itself after enough people have come and gone in the same historic sequence it has always done, leaving billions of our dollars on the table to be divided among those who did not walk away. Yes, there is a product offering. In fact, there are lots of product offerings, but separate out and factor in the billions of dollars that millions of us leave on the table annually because we were not able to stay the course, is a massive gain for the industry.
Also, the old MLM system uses people to make money by their own admissions and testimonies - example; “I’d rather have 100 people to make me one dollar each then for me to spend 100 hours to do the same”. This idea has worked for the few who has had the right stuff to get to the top by using this selling technique; not so for others. Most of us had not and will not understand these important factors as we join up with the companies representing this industry. An industry we believed would work for us just months earlier.
The money left on the table is exactly what makes the people at the top successful. Not by design, but by the sheer numbers. The sheer volume of us who fail and keep failing is the effect of each of the items on this list causing the problems that continue adding to the failure rate. Is this what the independent contractor wanted to happen? Is this what the industry wants? No, and no! It is the applied system used by the industry that has to undergo a thorough packaged reform.
13. Direct Influence from the top is one of the quicker paths to success in this industry, bypassing the majority of the barricades laid out before you in this article. All of the networking companies know that the best way for a person to rise faster in this industry is by helping these individuals to envision the world from atop and to give a helping hand in the process. They achieve this process mostly (although limited in its results) by sending those who have already become successful and/or partly successful in that particular company back out and into the areas (seminars, workshops) showing the most promise for recruitment, hence is another problem in itself.
It is a known fact that people who rise the fastest are those who are (well connected) in constant communication with the leaders who have already become successful within that particular company. Most of the people who join, or go as a visitor, although they may get to see and listen to those visiting leaders tell their stories of success, can’t picture that same success in their own lives.
I believe one of the reasons for this is the habitual limitation imposed upon most individuals from their own defeating self-images. Hence – the reason why these companies employ the PMA programming. The images these same individuals witness from the stages at these seminars in their minds are no different than hearing these similar stories on their TV sets, computers, or radios.
They are not receiving the impact the owners and leaders hoped for. Although these visiting leaders are real people telling real stories of events that happened to them, to most of the individuals sitting in the audience, these things will never happen to them. The hope for the leaders in these industries is to sort out the so called weeds from the potentials and work with this very small group.
14. Creating immediate successful ownership results: When the owners of these network marketing companies start-up their enterprises, they invite associates to join them in their startups from their previous businesses, jobs, etc. They invite associates such as other CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, top managers, bankers, top financial affiliates, business developers, etc. They include their families, and friends in this group as well. The new business coupled with the opportunity to be in the first mover’s advantage position is what drives the incentives of this group of individuals.
The owners usually attract the second tier group with the promises of good leadership, good management, and promises of wealth. This is the first group of people the owners actually publicly market to outside of their range of influence. These groups usually understand that money follows good management, and leadership. So, a new owner needs to have a great marketing company working with them. These are the individuals that get out in front of a trend. These are the go-getters, and those who understand first mover’s advantage.
At this point and time the founders are "wowing" the new comers with the ideas and images of greatness based on the newness of the company itself, the new product line, and the list of influential people and companies who also are involved with them at the top as mentioned earlier. The owners of these start-up networks set in motion plans to create quick cash flow for these two groups of individuals. If owners are able to market their startup properly before the opening day launch, (pre-launch activities). It goes a long way in gaining continuing support from these to groups. Show me the money early, and I will go out my way to help you build this new enterprise, is the attitude of this group.
Why am I pointing this out to you? Because we are able to recreate these same conditions and market it to the 95% ers. As I studied the founders of networking, I noticed that the successful ones were able to create excitement, and belief around their new business from the very beginning, but what was more important then this one factor is this, the successful owners created a path for cash to flow back up to the top tier crowd immediately.
Take for example the "Lost leader pricing effect", used by store owners nation wide. The purpose with this method simply put is to lose money now in order to win later by using the rule of "possession is 90% of the sell". Just get people in the front door, is all that matters in the beginning.
Again, the inability to create a path for cash to flow from immediately therefore bringing about the inevitable behaviors leading to inactivity and eventual failure for those at the bottom is where change has to occur. One of the best ways to overcome this deficit is to duplicate the successful owners and their startups. The top leaders are telling you to do what they say. I am saying wrong, do what the founders do, or have done and not what they tell you to do. If you truly want to win, then duplicate the owner’s successful start-up processes.
This is the aim of the Creative Accord format. Duplicate successful activities leading to successful start-ups. The idea here is to create a way for cash to flow back to each individual much faster than the old system could by creating the right environment for cash to flow through, hence Perpetual Cash Flow.
Note:
Any one or two of the above listed problems alone would not make much of an impact on the bottom line of the general public as they enter into and become an independent contractor in any one of these companies. The impact is for sure case by case, but the high failure rates nevertheless is the great indicator that these problems are real, despite the insiders billion dollar campaigns to keep the truth hidden from the public. Together, this list is the reason why most people are not able to succeed in network marketing or home-based businesses. It is a deadly mix of mostly unseen circumstances that continue to plague the entire industry.
Millions of us have been led to believe that we are lazy, don’t have a big enough dream, or a big enough why, and are too comfortable where we are. In addition to this, the insiders insist that the negative media misinforms us by constantly attacking the industry. Huh! While the MLM owners and managers points may factor into the equation, and indeed they have legitimate points, let us all do our selves a great big favor. Keep an open mind and look at both sides of the industries issues that may be causing the problems, both from the owners and managers’ viewpoints, as well as the independent contractors viewpoint. Let’s discuss the merits of both side’s claims openly and weigh each point fairly. Let both sides TALK! Only then can you make the right decisions for you and your family as you continue to look for additional sources of income & investment opportunities.
Next, lets get on with making the changes that will be needed to create a “Perpetual Cash Flow system”.

Solutions:
The solution to the aforementioned problems is easily identified and hopefully made a little clearer in the following example: Let's compare a natural process in nature to network marketing. Let's take a puddle of water and/or a pond whereby stagnation occurs naturally, and where you can easily see the buildup of algae and other minerals specific to the stagnation itself. No problem here of course. This is a very normal process in nature. The water in a puddle or pond, however is limited in its ability to provide life for a wider range of plants, trees and creatures of all kinds. Yes, it is providing life, but in a limited environment. normal, but limited! This scenario is obviously played out over and over again throughout the natural environments around the world. Which is a clear indicator suggesting the need in nature for this type of activity to occur on a larger ecological scale. So again, a puddle and pond provides water for all surrounding organic matter and life , but on a limited scale, a limited scope, and a limited reach.
The following scenario is much different. A river is part of a system of networks. Water running down a river has the same minerals, and other microorganisms specific to a puddle or a pond. However, there are a couple of notable differences. The first and most obvious difference is the movement and the continuation of the water itself. The water and the microorganisms present in the river providing life, will continue giving of itself over and over again merely because of its constant ebb & flow. The second difference is that a river is uniquely positioned to receive water from several sources (unlike the puddle and pond that only receive water from rain). The river receives water from rain and other rivers, outlets such as runoffs, and streams.
The ideas and goal of "The Team Vision" is to create a constant flow of cash via a river of perpetual cash flow. The consistency of movement itself will bypass any elements that would cause stagnation. By removing and eliminating the elements causing the stagnation of cashflow throughout these different networks, and the games people play, will therefore allow growth to occur in a more homogeneous, natural, and organic fashion in other areas of human endeavors. The same as a river providing life to every life form - never discriminating. Namely the building up of core family units with less money stress, prosperity building, wealth building, other businesses benefiting from this new base of cash flow for capital growth, and job development.
I would like to make one additional comparison in closing. A pond is more like an individual endeavor, where a person simply wants to provide a way to take care of their family. Most unaware and potential independent contractors (including myself) enter or have entered into networking with the same mindset of a person starting a small business as a soul proprietor. Whats in it for them only! Networking, as the name suggest is much different, not including any of the aforementioned problems or solutions I have provided here in this P & S Index. Networking is likened to a river that supplies life for everything in its path. At least I believe this is what the original founders of networking set out to accomplish long ago. Now on to the (Solutions) in this P & S Index.
1. Solution: Redesign the environment - to accommodate a format that will produce a greater amount of cashflow results. Redesign it to bring more people into the winner’s circle, therefore creating more producers as well as consumers. By introducing structural changes to the ebb and flow of the matrix itself, we can create a greater amount of success for a larger number of people. The purpose of the redesign is to eliminate the problems that must occur when an asset is stagnant and not flowing or used properly. In this case the assets are people. The millions of people labeled 95% -ers in this industry.
2. Solution: Bring in a whole new business (profit) building model. Our system starts from the nonprofit sector, where giving/receiving is a norm. Where helping the other person is a norm. We create an environment where building up the person supersedes all else, resulting in prospering the industry itself, our community, manufacturers, other businesses, and government. We migrate into the network marketing industry through a controlled program designed to increase the cash flow of each individual (corporate or person) within the system and beyond.
3. Solution: A new idea & Expanded business opportunities help to bring about greater hope for a larger number of people. The Information Age (IA) is providing greater opportunities for a lot of people. Today when a person sets out to start their own business, they are mostly focused on how to make a profit for themselves first, which is the standard approach. What if it was possible for that same person to start out helping others immediately and by doing so their own business prosperity would grow faster. Even faster than the traditional ways their original plans would have allowed. This type of business approach (social business used to produce profit) will help our social business organization to fund the donation drives that will be the linchpin of our own organizational startup by putting it on autopilot. This can become one of the teaching cornerstones in (The Pareto Improvement Project).
4. Solution: A community of new entrepreneurs committed to a cause. Imagine a mass of people growing fast through an economic system (hyper growth). That is a formidable force to recon with and one that will have a huge impact on commerce here at home and abroad. The marketplace will open up in new unseen areas because of these new formats. The Team Vision is being built for speed therefore changing the face of Networking, money management and the nonprofit industries. Hence our path towards progress is now named Inter-Networking as opposed to just network marketing. Inter-Networking is and will be the new go to business format of the future. Not relegated to the sidelines of business opportunities, or to the past as is much of network marketing, home-based businesses, and yes, MLM. Our system includes networking (as a separate part of a larger system and not a relegated system in and of itself), nonprofits (social businesses), money market, and internet working together as one system. Four completely & separate economic industries focused on one goal. A goal that is designed to increase the outcome and income for all of its participants, therefore helping to "Bridge The G.A.P. to Prosperity".
Bill Gates writes in his book “Business At the Speed of Thought”. "A manufacturer or retailer that responds to changes in sales in hours instead of weeks is no longer at heart a product company, but a service company that has a product offering. Orison Swett Marden, founder of Success Magazine said; "There is something infinitely better than being a millionaire or money, and that is to be a millionaire of brains, of culture, of ones fellows, a millionaire of character". The Team Vision is a social business service model type of organization, that is creating a net-work wide enough to allow more people to enter the network marketing (Inter-Network), and money market industry with a larger purpose and remain there as a force for good", via the nonprofit, and internet industries.
5. Solution: Go natural: By us approaching the network marketing, nonprofit, social media, and the money market industries differently, the whole approach towards these industries itself will change. In a way you can say the industries will now become user friendly. Instead of the individual focusing on selling, they will focus on giving instead. Still resulting in prospering themselves in the process. This approach toward marketing will invite more people in because they will not be forced to learn all of the marketing techniques and strategies necessary to become a salesperson. They will no longer have to be forceful, or aggressive. They will just need a giving spirit with a strong enough belief system (or open to change) that they too have value, and can become whatever they want to become in life.
6. Solution: Maximizing time value of money: Because of our new approach, the most valuable asset we have under our control (time) will easily find its way into a more productive system of cash flow. So, if a person does not have a lot of money at the beginning of their experience with The Team Vision, that will not hinder their advancement through our system as long as they follow our program. Simply put, we are changing the environment for cash to flow through, therefore changing the outcome. For it's name sake, we are creating "a chicken soup economy", and/or an economy of meaning and not just an economy of means.
7. Solution: Activating the eighth wonder of the world. Compounding: E=MC
Focus on Mass and Celerity (speed). The production will take care of itself (as Bill Gates indicated above; a man who would know a thing or two about building a great system), creating what I foresee as a possible hyper growth scenario. The power of focus can be seen in the Hedgehog concept below. The Team Vision is a social business service organization creating a net-work wide enough to allow more people to enter the network marketing industry (via "Inter-Networking") with a larger purpose in mind and remain there as a force for good."
proverbs 13:12: Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But desire fulfilled is a tree of life.
8. Solution: Hedgehog: Hedgehog
Our foundation will be built off of this formidable concept which has been and is used by many of the businesses you have come to know such as Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Gillette, Walgreen, and many, many more.
Questions to ponder?
The objective of the above list of probing problems and exciting solutions in part, is to answer the following questions.
a) Why am I doing this?
b) Are the problems to the networking industries low outcome (5% success rate) solvable?
c) Are the solutions obtainable?
d) Why is this so important to me?
d) Can the solutions be monetized? THE ISSUES CREATING THE PROBLEMS ARE ALREADY MONETIZED. They each are built into the entire system. We are here, to monetize the solutions.
e) More importantly, am I able to spread these new ideas and concepts into the corners of the marketplace that have historically been left out of the conversation, subject matters pertaining to true wealth building possibilities?
f) A question for the ages. Am I able to breach the divide between being an entrepreneur and social entrepreneur therefore harnessing the good of both?
